Sailor Realo
From Penpedia
The Sailor Realo was a limited edition fountain pen that was designed to help with the celebration of Sailor's 95th anniversary in 2006. It was Sailor's first and only piston filler based pen, and it was restricted to a limited run of 600 units. Of those 600 pens, 500 were released to the Asian market and were numbered ###/500. An additional 100 reserved for both the European and North American market and were similarly numbered. Naturally, all of these pens were sold out at their launch.
The Realo is based on the large Sailor King of Pen model. The differences between the two make the Realo somewhat like a very large Sailor 1911. As mentioned, the filling system was piston based, instead of a converter. Instead of being ebonite like the King of Pen, it used resin, which is similar to the 1911. Likewise, the Realo had gold furniture applied to it, unlike the basic and undressed style of the King of Pen.
