Pelikan M200
From Penpedia
The Pelikan M200 became a staple of Pelikan's more entry level Tradition series fountain pens in 1985. The low cost pen is available in numerous colors with high quality steel nibs, that can be unscrewed and changed out in a manner similar to Esterbrooks Renew Point System. They are piston fillers. They also feature a semi-opaque chamber above the section that allows you to view the ink level.
